Samuel M. Garrison Jr. was born to the late Samuel M. Garrison Sr. and Emma Dunn Garrison.He was born in Baton Rouge,La on December 30,1922.
He was a member of the North Tenneha Church of Christ.
Sam enjoyed golfing and dancing.
He was preceded in death by his parents,one sister,Juanita Johnson,one brother,Lloyd W. Garrison,one Aunt,Mrs. Earemina Chachere and one step-grandson,Darius D. Dunn.
He is survived by; his loving wife,Willie(Cookie)Garrison; one daughter and son in law,Loran Garrison(Justin),Hollywood,Ca;one grandson,Kanoa Tracy;two nieces,Lynn Williams and Juanita Garrison Russell,both of Baton Rouge,La;three step daughters; Toni Neal,Houston,Tx,Gwendolyn Jackson,Red Oak,Texas and Brigittee Neal,Tyler,Tx,one step grandson Derrick D Dunn II,Tyler,Tx;Two step granddaughters,Taylor Orr and Megan Jackson,both of Red Oak,Tx. |
